Field days

Field days were organized on different crops namely Soybean, Ground nut, Maize, Mustard, gram and coriander where farmers were benefited with scientist interaction to make their selves enable to adopt the latest technical intervention in growing the crops and related field operations. The performance of all the crops due to given scientific interventions were achieved and highly appreciated by the farmers.

Scientist Visit to Farmers Field

To solve the farmers problem at their field visits were made by KVK scientists as and when need arises in the field and thousands of farmers were benefited by getting appropriate solutions to overcome from the problem of pest attack in crops, fertilizer management and irrigation management and other field management practices as they required. During decade, scientist of KVK visited many farmers to solve their problem at their field.

Exposure Visit of Farmers

To get farmers well acquainted with latest knowledge in the sector of agriculture exposure visits in state along with numerous intrastate visits were organized by the Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Jhalawar where in farmers were taken on exposure visit of various famous and leading institutes and agricultural research stations under the programmes of state Government as well as various national schemes.

Diagnostic visit

Scientist of the KVK visited the fields when and where endemic and epidemic pest and disease problem arises in the district with the state agricultural department and give the suitable control measures to the stack holders. At Zonal level also prepared a team for visited the fields with allied departments for rapid rowing survey so the team survey insect pest and diseases occur during rabi and kharif season.
